I’m Dolapo, host of the hugely successful PropertyMom podcast and I’ve lived and breathed property over the past decade and this year marks my 10th year anniversary going full time into Property Entrepreneurship and it has been an amazing journey. I’ve covered different areas in property from high cash flow generating strategies such as rent to rent and much more in-depth experience with full property refurbishments, developments such as lofts, extensions and basement construction and various other property related projects and the best practices managing larger scale developments. I’ve also created 3 businesses and I’m very actively involved in the property market.

I have a deep passion to keep property concepts as easy to understand as possible. I also want to debunk any idea that you need to start with a huge deposit to be successful. I show how you can build a good second income stream through property related strategies and how you can earn great income in property. This platform is a real passion project aimed at providing a well rounded understanding of property investing concepts to protect you from making huge mistakes.
